Hello everyone! We finally: today the Trattoria La Cascia offers fresh homemade pasta of montemeranese and Maremma tradition. A nice effort for Serena, our cook, but also a lot of satisfaction for the result. The craftsmanship and ingredients used (laid eggs, wheat flour and a pinch of salt) is used to give the pasta a unique and genuine flavor, also ensured by the use of healthy ingredients and top quality. After mixing dozens of eggs and pulled, with a rolling pin, the thin sheet at the right point, here finally realized the various types of pasta pappardelle, pici, fettuccine, ravioli and also gnocchi, ready to be served with wild boar sauce, hare, beef, rabbit, cheese and pepper or garlic sauce.
